Our Process from Start to Finish
Pre-Construction

Walk through of job with the owner Jesse.

Email over your estimate.

Fluid communication, and upfront cost.

Design/Build- We pull all necessary permits. Work with our interior decorator or architect if needed or desired.

Scheduling. Peace of mind knowing when your project will start and finish.
Construction

We remove everything and haul debris offsite. We maintain a clean jobsite by hanging plastic and covering floors with ram board.

We abide by contract and all Virginia contracting laws.

Owners on site and hands-on with your project. We don't just sub your work out.

We inform you of unexpected findings or changes before proceeding.
Post-Construction

Final payment is not due until satisfactory completion of job.

Certificate of Occupancy given.

Warranty on all of our labor.
